April 2011 - Magazine “Gula” review over the wine “Seiano” Red produced by the Paolo e Noemia d’Amico winery

In a recent review made by the important gastronomic magazine “Gula”, the Roman Chef Marco Renzetti, currently living in São Paulo and owner of the restaurant “Osteria del Pettirosso”, combines one of his creations with the “Seiano” Red of the Paolo e Noemia d’Amico winery, pointing out how the typical characteristic of this wine exalt and balance his dish.
